How Can headache And Nausea Along With Diarrhoea Be Treated?
I have chills, fever, muscle ache, headache, nausea, diarrhea for the last four days. No appetite, unable to sleep except in spurts. NyQuil gives me raging nightmares. Some sneezing and coughing and some discomfort around my chest. Walking ro the next room exhaust me. Even trying to read wears me out. I ve had viral infections/ pneumonia before. But stil can t tell if something is viral or bacterial and what to do.

Hello,
Your symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection. I recommend using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen.
I also recommend using over the counter option like Imodium for diarrhea.
You should drink liquids and eat a plain diet.
If the symptoms continue antibiotics may be needed.
